Administrator Tool Search Options
To filter a list to a specific search criteria, select the desired options from the drop-down menus, fill out the blank fields, and click the Apply Filters button.
Check the Partial Match box to do a partial phrase or key word search. Then click Apply Filters to begin the search.
Users
User Browser
The User Browser screen displays all users.
By default, the list of users is sorted by their User ID number.
- You can sort the list by clicking any of the column headings in the table.
User Information Drop-Down Menu From the User Information drop-down menu, you can search for users under the following options. Other options, that are not listed here, may also be available.
- User ID
- Username
- Last Name
- First Name
- Email Address
User Status Drop-Down Menu From the User Status drop-down menu, you can search for the following.
- Not Disabled
- Show All
- Inactive
- Active
- Frozen
- Disabled
