Administrator Tool Search Options

  • To filter a list to a specific search criteria, select the desired options from the drop-down menus, fill out the blank fields, and click the Apply Filters button.

  • Check the Partial Match box to do a partial phrase or key word search. Then click Apply Filters to begin the search.

Users

User Browser

  • The User Browser screen displays all users.

  • By default, the list of users is sorted by their User ID number.

  • You can sort the list by clicking any of the column headings in the table.

User Information Drop-Down Menu From the User Information drop-down menu, you can search for users under the following options. Other options, that are not listed here, may also be available.

  • User ID
  • Username
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Email Address

User Status Drop-Down Menu From the User Status drop-down menu, you can search for the following.

  • Not Disabled
  • Show All
  • Inactive
  • Active
  • Frozen
  • Disabled
